The Technical Consultancy in Warrington has an extensive research programme, linked to Eurovia’s worldwide technical network and R&D headquarters in Bordeaux.

Our pioneering application of the EFQM Business Excellence model and Lean thinking in the highways sector is widely recognised, not least by the British Quality Foundation.

We also work with universities, companies in different industries, and our own sector’s forums to draw out good practice.

All this activity is designed to provide added value and more sustainable solutions to our clients whether through streamlined reactive maintenance, low-carbon paving materials, or electronic trading.

We encourage our supply chain to think creatively, capture their innovation through our performance review process, and share the benefits. And to spur innovation further we have created a new Supply Chain Forum.
