Highway term service is the core business of Ringway. From the organisations earliest inception it has been the UK leader in packaged highway maintenance contracts delivered through long-term, performance driven commissions.
The provision of highway term services is now highly diverse with the activities within contracts, the methods of delivery and the forms of contract used being varied across clients and areas of the country. Ringway recognises this diversity and it reflects the individual needs of clients and the public using local roads and receiving local services.
By being involved in a wide range of contracts across the UK, Ringway has a rich experience of all types of delivery from, traditional schedule of rates contracts through to managing agent contractor approaches, DBFO’s and Private Finance Initiatives. This experience allows us to develop the form and efficiency of delivery with our clients and to better offer solutions to suit each contract. We also find that it allows us to mobilise a new contract more quickly and rapidly begin to deliver the benefits that come from a Ringway commission.
