Building on the strengths of Ringway Infrastructure Services and Jacobs Consultants, Ringway Jacobs was formed in 2007 and is a fully incorporated company formed by Ringway Group and Jacobs UK Ltd.
It was specifically set up as a strategic partnership with a 50/50 shareholding between the two companies.
Ringway Jacobs operates three contracts, one in Buckinghamshire, one for Transport for London and London Borough of Newham.

BEAR Scotland operates the North and South East of Scotland.
