Our People Strategy focuses on up skilling our employees, making our managers more effective and retaining talent whilst developing a diverse workforce. All Ringway/Eurovia employees have a responsibility to support our approach to CR. Our people and those who work on behalf of Ringway/Eurovia are encouraged to participate and contribute through active involvement, co-operation and teamwork.  We have developed a Charity & Community Policy to encourage participation.

Health, Safety and Wellbeing is another key focus for our organisation.  We operate a robust accredited H&S management system (OHSAS 18001) and set stringent targets to reduce incidents.  Our approach centres on changing behaviours, targeting near misses and tackling the root causes of incidents.

Ringway Staff Activities Raise Money for CHASE

Staff members at Ringway in Merrow have been busy organising a host of different events to raise money for CHASE Hospice care for children and have just presented the children’s hospice charity with a cheque for £639.80.
