

Local based highway maintenance provider, Ringway, based in Worcestershire and Solihull, wanted to support one of their employees request to assist his child’s school in the installation of the foundations for a greenhouse, to encourage the school children to grow plants in their environmental garden.
Brailes primary school, in Warwickshire, were struggling to raise the funds to build the concrete base, so Graham Haynes , a Supervisor at Ringway asked if Ringway could assist. Worcestershire's Divisional Manager, Dave Rowley, was happy to assist.
He said " Supporting the local community in which our employees live and work, is part of our commitment to corporate social responsibility. Providing the materials and tools to assist such a worthwhile project and allow the children to benefit is very rewarding"
With the materials provided, Graham, his eldest son, brother-in law and teachers pulled together to build the base. Once complete two teachers, Mrs Hayes and Miss Smith assembled the greenhouse. Mrs Hayes said "We are very grateful for the kind assistance Ringway and Graham have provided to allow the children to run their environmental club using their new greenhouse"
