Maidstone Town Centre Re-Generation Project

This was due to their proven track record of managing town centre re development projects such as Brentwood High Street, which was felt to have a similar feel to the Maidstone proposal.The professional services element includes early contractor involvement in design, sequencing, cost management, programming and general buildability, prior to the construction phase of the agreed design.

Worth an estimated £3.1 million, this high street improvement scheme is predominantly a hard landscaping project with approximately 11,500m2 of new granite paving. As this will involve significant re-ordering of traffic management and movement through the high street affecting businesses and services operating within the environ, a significant communication and co-ordination role will be required. Ringway will provide a Public Liaison Officer to undertake this task.
