His Majesty King Charles III visited Milton Keynes on the 16th February to celebrate the newly appointed city status, meeting many local community groups including charitable, business, faith, environmental and arts organisations.

In preparation for the visit, the Ringway team at Milton Keynes spent a number of hours planning with Milton Keynes City Council, which resulted in setting out the traffic management and providing gate duties and crowd control to support Thames Valley Police. On the day of the visit, our teams provided:
Following the smooth running of the event, Ross Gehnich, MK LPA Stop & Search Manager of Thames Valley Police, said: "I just wanted to pass on a massive thank you to you and your team. The barrier operation was an integral part of delivering a safe visit and the flexibility around support, additional barriers at the food bank and some minor changes on the day at the church was really appreciated. Please can you pass on my personal thanks to the team."
